Upon becoming a KSC Caregiver, candidates are placed through a thorough screening process. First, we perform a criminal record check, employment history and reference verification. We then screen for personality traits we think are what it takes to be the best of the best for our company. We search for responsible, friendly, outgoing and caring candidates to provide the absolute best care possible for you or your loved ones. We also provide caregivers with access to ongoing training material to remain compliant and up to par with any changes made involving state or federal guidelines.
