Shana, the Founder of Kindred Spirits Caregiving, brings to the table a wealth of experience as a former STNA and Group Home Supervisor, boasting 12 years dedicated to serving the elderly and disabled. Outside of managing her business, Shana's world revolves around her one 7-year-old adopted son, one 5-year-old bonus son, her very supportive fiancé, and her dog Winifred Grace. Having witnessed the shortcomings in care provided by other companies over the years, Shana felt compelled to establish her own agency that was started with “prayers and pennies”, one that she is proud to lead and represent with honor. Her mission is simple yet profound – to make a difference in the lives of those in need, be it through grand gestures or small acts of kindness. Shana is deeply involved in giving back to the community, often found volunteering at local nursing facilities and constantly exploring new ways to lend a helping hand.
